A meeting of the scientists working on the water cycle inside IPSL was held in Branville (Normandy). Water cycle in the tropical climate is one of the major issues which was addressed. Conclusions, abstracts and viewgraphs will be soon edited.

A meeting was held in CNES Paris between French Megha-Tropiques PI?s and promoters of the ?ORAGES? project, which intends to measure lightning flashes in the tropical area from a micro-satellite. It was agreed to look for closer interactions and cooperation.
