New contracts between CNES and the labs were set up for the end of phase B of ScaRaB and Saphir; a permanent engineer position was also opened by CNRS. New engineers are joining (or will join soon) the technical teams in LMD and CETP. Daniel Sourgen (electronics) already joined the LMD team.
