All CNES Scientific programmes are threatened

The Council of  Administration of CNES is informed of even worst problems than those submitted to the Scientific Programme Committee. All the scientific programmes are threatened, as the budget does not allow to pursue these programmes together with the Pleiades project (a high resolution Earth observation satellite constellation). However, no decision is taken : the situation will be re-examined when the Audit Committee of CNES, appointed by the government, will present his report by mid-January.
