The CNES administration council has decided to engage C, D and E phases of the MEGHA-TROPIQUES project : a french-indian mission of CNES (Centre National d’Etudes Spatiales) and ISRO (Indian Space Research Organization), dedicated to research on atmospheric circulation and hydrologic cycle in their tropical component.
