Atmospheric and Oceanic communities of India and France had a new opportunity to meet at the occasion of the IMPA 2006 meeting in Delhi (IIT). At his occasion, two events were specially devoted to Megha-Tropiques : – A reception at the French embassy, which showed the full support of the French authorities to the mission and allowed to inform several journalists of the Indian Press. This reception was in the frame of the preparation of the French President Chirac visit to India, two days later; – An organisational meeting of Megha-Tropiques, defining the next steps in the scientific cooperation.
