8 members of the Megha-Tropiques team, as a part of the Precipitation Measurement Missions (PMM) science team, have attended the PMM meeting which was held at the Marriot city center hotel for 4 days. The upcoming launch of the Megha-Tropiques satellite will contribute two microwave radiometers (MADRAS and SAPHIR) to significantly upgrade the sampling by the GPM constellation in the Tropics.
